Ranch and rescue taking applications for ranch hand, handyman/woman and horse trainer/exerciser. Looking for hard-working individuals. This can be multiple positions or 1 person with multiple skills. Qualified applicants must have ranch experience and familiarity with large and small animals. Must be honest, dependable, responsible and trustworthy. Must work well with others and independently, be a problem solver and take initiative while being respectful of boundaries. Tasks needing performed include hauling hay, cleaning stalls, building and mending fences, and barns, woodworking and carpentry, cement work, farm equipment repair and use, grounds care, horse exercising/training, farming, harvesting, tree pruning and more. Wages depending on experience. Potential on site living quarters for the right candidate(s) if desired. Service to others must be an important value. We, as an organization, will be doing events to serve the community, offer help to those less fortunate or assist those in need without compensation. A generous heart is a must as we are also gaining a non-profit status. MUST love animals. Absolutely no drugs, drinking or criminal record. This is a family establishment.
