A leading construction consulting company is seeking part time construction professional to assist with loan monitoring for both their commercial and residential projects in and around the Pocatello area. This job opportunity offers a flexible schedule with the comfort of continuous on going work throughout the foreseeable future. This job opportunity will entail the following: - Verifying monthly billings provided by the contractor for each job. This will involve o Monthly site visits for each job contracted o Meeting with onsite representative to review billing, schedule, offsite material, etc. o Walking each job to verify billing is representative of construction completed o Completing report to be submitted to the loan company As stated above, this job is a part time opportunity and will be a perfect fit for a construction professional seeking part time work as well as for those construction professionals that are retired and looking to get back out in the field for a few times a week. The minimum requirements for this job are as follows - 5 plus years in the commercial construction industry as either a senior project, project manager or estimator - Experience with preparation, review and approval of pay applications - Ability to complete take offs as required- multiple scopes - Ability to review and verify schedules - Strong narrative writing and verbal communication skills - Punctual with appointments and deadlines - Computer skills- including Word, Adobe, Excel If interested, please e-mail a complete resume, contact information and explain why you would be a great fit for us to consider.
