Rehoming rabbit

I'm needing to rehome a rabbit, my lease does not allow rabbits. He/She is a sweet rabbit that is gentle to my kids. I do not know if it is a boy or girl. We just called him/her "Cookie" after the cook from Atlantis (Disney movie) I dont know much about this rabbit since we have only had him a little while. Long story short my sisters kids found him in a parking lot and he was clearly domesticated walking right up to them. She looked for it's owner could not find them so she was going to release him back but I dont think he would have survived so i took him till i could find someone to take good care of him.
