Condo Move Out Cleaning - NOT CLEANOUT

My normal cleaning service is unavailable. I have a condo that needs a move out cleaning. There is nothing gross or particularly dirty about it but I prefer to rent immaculately clean units. I would like to a 1-2 person cleaning crew to do a pretty deep clean. I know that I would like the bathroom tubs and kitchen cabinets to get a very thorough once over. The bathrooms (except the tubs) were just remodeled. I am thinking it will take 2 people 1.5-2.5 hours but we can discuss your thoughts after you see the condo. It is a 1990s condo. I expect anyone responding to this to have brooms, mops, buckets, rags, brushes and other cleaning supplies. I will have some cleaning chemicals at the condo which you can use but I would expect you to bring enough as well. I pay a fair amount for hard work but I expect continuous effort and hard work while on the clock. I also expect that you know how to clean with a full set of supplies. If you show up with a single mop and bucket and aimlessly wander around I will call it off very quickly. That has already happened to me once.
