We are looking for subcontractors to perform property preservation and REO work on homes in the process of foreclosure. This is a very busy and demanding business and we need quality, reliable, and honest subcontractors to keep our company growing. Our contractors that make the most money are willing to do a lot of work in a short time frame. We are looking for contractors that are able to work independently (or have help if needed for certain jobs), have a strong work ethic, are loyal, and will do whatever it takes to complete the job. You must understand that we take a lot of photos to perform this contract. You must be knowable with computers and have your own GENERAL LIABILITY, E AND O INSURRANCEA AND WORKERS COMPENSATION. If you already are performing Property Preservation work you will go to the top of the list. Plus if you are a Veteran you will go to the top of the list as well.
