Custodian/Cleaner in Rochester MN compensation: $11/Hour employment type: full-time Available Shifts: Monday-Friday - 7AM-3:30AM Overview SBM Management is looking for a Custodian to help them shine! Responsibilities •Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting) •Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies) •Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas) •Light maintenance (, restock supply cabinet/room) Qualifications •Custodial experience is preferred but not required •Passing a pre-employment background screening and drug test will be required Available Shifts: Monday-Friday - 7AM-3:30AM Compensation: The starting pay rate for this position is $11.00 per hour. ◦Principals only.
