We are currently hiring dining room and catering staff for a senior living center in Dallas. We are looking for polished, dynamic, customer-service oriented individuals to join our team immediately. Start Date: Thursday, April 8 - 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm Job starts this Thursday and ongoing for months Monday-Sunday Candidates must be detail oriented and committed to delivering superior hospitality to our guests TIMES: shifts are available every day from 3:30p-7:30p. Additional hours are available for staff that do a great job! PAY: $16.00 Per Hour - Paid by direct deposit one week after the event, W2 positions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS · Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic attitude committed to a teamwork effort · Assume all duties and responsibilities as assigned by a department head · Set up of catering service according to client/customer requests and banquet event orders · Must perform wait and service standards within specific time frames · Must always be aware of guests in the room and be attentive to their needs · Must have knowledge of the menu and an ability to give a good “flavorful” description · Exceptional customer service expressed in a professional manner, to the degree of which our guests are satisfied · Ability to hand carry 2-3 plates for seated service · Maintains appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during event · Replenishes wine tea and water during high profile events · Break down and clean food service areas and equipment post event; returns equipment to proper storage area. · Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager · Basic wine knowledge UNIFORM · solid black button-down dress shirt, solid black dress slacks, solid black fitted vest, solid black socks, solid black catering shoes *QUALIFICATIONS* · Demonstrates excellent customer service skills · At least 2 year of fine dining/country club experience · Clearly communicate in English · Must have reliable transportation  · Must be 18 years of age or older · Must have valid driver's license · Must be able to pass a background check · Must have a working cell phone (any provider is fine) If available please send the following to apply: Resume with current contact information (email & number) If no resume please send Full Name, Contact Number, Email and experience.
