Expanding gardening company seeks experienced/inexperienced gardeners. Qualifications include enjoying plants, you got to love people, possess a “Sunny Disposition,” be energetic, flexible, outgoing attitude, the ability to learn, plant identification skills, ability to follow directions, able to lift 60 pounds, enjoy outdoor work in the garden, and have no fear of physical work or getting dirty. It’s more than just whiling away the hours conversing with the flowers and yes you must possess a brain. Gardeners perform the following tasks and a whole lot more: Weeding, mulching, weeding, dividing plants, weeding, moving plants, weeding, pruning shrubs, weeding, digging out shrubs, weeding, placing plantings, weeding, cultivating, weeding, edging gardens, weeding, raking, weeding, watering, property clean ups, weeding recommending plants, weeding, designing gardens, weeding identifying pests and diseases, weeding solving complex problems, weeding, deadheading (and I don't mean going to concerts) and did I mention weeding. We promote a friendly, relaxed, safe, work environment. Maintenance positions can name their own hours and days for servicing accounts, (weekends excluded). Crew positions can adjust their hours so they work in the cool of the morning break for a midday siesta and return later in the day as the sun goes down and the breezes pick up a little and it just gets cooler with each passing minute.
