Asphalt Sealcoat Technician/(Manager) (Richmond) Asphalt Sealcoat Technician(s) Wanted: established and growing asphalt maintenance company looking for committed, reliable workers. *I WANT TO PAY YOU MORE see below Scope of Work: -Sweep, powerbroom, blow asphalt surface free of debris -Edging/ weed whacking -Crackfilling -Patching/ pothole repair -Apply sealcoat -Provide fantastic customer experience -Fix any mistakes Requirements: -Must have a valid drivers license and own transportation -Be able to lift 80+ pounds as needed -Be able to work on your feet and in the heat -Must be able to work through October -Be personable/friendly, make coworkers and customers feel at ease Work Experience: -Asphalt maintenance experience is not required but is a plus -Outdoor work experience is preferred (landscaping, construction...) *Looking to hire a foreman/manager to run day to day sealcoating operations. If you can complete assigned jobs to outstanding specifications consistently and with minimal oversight compensation will reflect that. i.e. Paid 40 hours even if fewer worked (rain, less demand) and greatly expanded opportunities for raise(s)/ perks.
