Hillsman Grounds is offering multiple opportunities with-in the organization for candidates to apply for either full time or seasonal employment. We are looking for both entry level candidates and those with experience. Work week is Monday-Friday from 7-4:30 with overtime paid; with the typical duties that a grounds management company conducts (mowing, pruning, sodding, landscaping, etc.) Year round work is available for the candidate(s) looking for full time employment. Pay is based on experience and other mitigating factors.

Will be able to work in a variety of weather conditions
Lift materials upwards to 50 pounds
Reliable transportation to and from work
Motivated to work and dedicated to completing a quality job
Ability to follow directions and guidance from management
Can start immediately after being hired
