Food Handler/Cashier Wanted

Hello! We run the TMH Snack Shack at Carefree Bingo Hall. It is fast fun and easy. The groups play 18 times a week and average between two to four sessions per day. We have the AM shift available and you would be on a team with one other person and working in a no public access environment. The shift begins at 10:00am and is 5 days a week with Monday and Wednesday as the days off. Average shifts are 4 hours. Possible to work some split shifts and do an AM shift for 4 hours and a night shift for 3.5 to 4 hours for a full time gig. (Currently, we close around 830pm + cleanup time. Once things are back to normal, the closing is at 1030pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays). We are looking for someone with the basic knowledge of making sandwiches, salads, create some specials etc. You must be a self starter and be able to deal with verbal training. We do not micro manage and we expect people to understand food service and food handling, working clean and organized. If you have more experience we are also looking for a Supervisor role that would work 5 days a week, am and pm shifts with a little more responsibility and for more pay. Duties include: • Preparing limited menu items / creating specials / food ideas • Cashiering and Money Handling • Cleaning and Closing Duties. - You must have patience and compassion for people and that includes your team mates in addition to this type of clientele. It is clean simple food to a group of folks that tend to come each week and or every day, so you will get to know them as your regulars. The business level moves fast since they are on a timeline. We get big rushes and then slow, then a rush. That is pretty much the feel of it. You would be making the food items ordered. Customer service skills will be needed. You help the customers with the sodas, soups, snacks, cashier and handle money etc. You must be able to handle cash and count correctly. We will train the willing to learn.
