General Labor for Fencing or Mowing Divisions

High Pointe Land Management is seeking general laborers for our mowing and fencing divisions. The people we are looking for will have prior experience using weedeaters and related equipment for mowing operations. For fencing operations we are looking for people with prior experience fencing and using hand tools and power tools related to building fence. People that pay attention to details and the care for the equipment. Pay based on experience. Must have clean reliable transportation around northern Colorado. Clean MVR is a plus but not required. To be considered you MUST APPLY at www.highpointelm.com/apply-now Duties for mowing would include: -Using weedeater / string trimmers to trim around trees, along fences, and other areas where the mowers cant get -We do NOT mow irrigated lawn grass. We only mow natives grass areas/ field grass. -Driving a gator around larger properties to get to areas to be trimmed. Walking around smaller properties -Blowing off sidewalks -Picking up trash you come across -Working well with other crew members and following directions from the foreman -Being able to follow property maps -Interact with other crews -General labor helping fence crews on occasion Duties for fencing would include: -Carrying materials -Cleaning out holes after being augered -Mixing concrete -Putting in screws -Building H braces -Running wire -Stapling -Backfilling holes -Marking and laying out materials -Helping with whatever the foreman needs -Following directions -Working well with other crew members and other crews -General Labor required for fence construction -Helping with mowing crews on occasion
