Job Description We are looking to employ a dedicated and hard-working Window Cleaning Technicians to clean the windows and glass surfaces of various buildings. The responsibilities include using water-fed poles to clean windows that are less than 15 yards high, and attending mandatory safety meetings, in addition to contributing to the teams effort to complete the scheduled jobs. You should also ensure that the company vehicle is clean and well-maintained. To be successful, you should be knowledgeable of health and safety regulations and have a good sense of balance. Ultimately, an outstanding Cleaning Technician should be comfortable with heights, as well as, demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Developing and executing a plan to complete each job while maintaining a high level of quality. Being the point of contact for the customer during the service. Removing dirt and grime from windows and glass surfaces using a non-abrasive glass cleaning solution, water, and rubber squeegee blades. Using towels to remove excess water and dirt from edges of windows and window sills. Clean Windows using a water fed pole system. Using a pressure washer system to safely remove dirt, mold and and stains for a variety of surfaces. Removing debris from gutters and downspouts. Ensuring that all window cleaning and company property are in good working order. Safely working with ladders up to a maximum height of of 22 feet Ensuring that the company vehicle is adequately stocked with window cleaning supplies at all times. Appropriately cleaning up after each job to ensure that there is no residue or dirt left behind. Requirements: Valid driver's license. The ability to work safely using a ladder. The ability to work at different heights. The ability to work in all weather conditions. Excellent problem-solving and time management skills. Effective communication skills.
