Looking for an experienced Farm to join our operations. We are a Certified Organic farming operation with approximately 2,000 acres of land under management producing vegetables, corn, hay, wheat, and raising cattle. The work week is Monday-Friday with a half day on Saturdays. Job duties will include weed control, property maintenance, irrigation work, general farm maintenance, basic equipment/tractor operations as well as various special improvement projects on the farm. In addition to general Farm Operations, this individual will be our Warehouse Lead. As the Warehouse lead you will report directly to our Sales Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing a warehouse crew under direction of the Sales Manager and the management of warehouse operations. Warehouse operations include processing incoming product & labeling, inventory control, and shipping logistics. Candidate must be able to work outdoors doing physical work and needs to be a self-starter. Need to have reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Starting at $15.50/hr but quick raises if you are on time, trustworthy, and a hard worker. Dependability is a must. If you work the whole season there will be a year-end bonus.
