Ryan Real Estate Services, LLC is a Rental Property Maintenance and Contractor Service Company. We specialize in getting vacant units rent-ready and cleaned for listing photos We are looking for a worker that can get vacant rental units rent-ready quickly. Duties include: Trash out, painting, caulking, trim carpentry, floor restoration, fixture replacement, appliance replacement hanging blinds and deep cleaning. We expect to be busy this spring so we need to be able to turn units quickly. You must have reliable transportation, your own tools and be able to commit to projects as they become available. Ryan Real Estate Service, LLC is committed to providing continuing jobs and offers a competitive hourly rates. This is a 1099 position and all workers will be considered independent contractors.
