Synergy Builders, well established residential design build firm out of West Chicago IL, is looking for a full-time experienced Site Superintendent. Projects include kitchen and bath remodeling, home additions, basement finishing, whole house renovations and outdoor living projects. To learn about our company, visit our website Basic Function: Monitor daily operations during construction stage of the projects. Ensure compliance with construction safety regulations and company’s policies. Supervise production team workers and subcontractors to ensure quality work in timely manner. Education/Experience Requirement: Desire to work with hands Aptitude to become a Project Manager High school diploma or equivalent At least 5 years Residential Construction/Remodeling experience. Proficient with MS Office Word
