Experienced bass player and singer looking for new project

Hey y’all, I’m new to the area, an experienced classically trained upright bass player with mostly bluegrass/old time/country performance experience looking to meet folks and expand into new projects. I’m learning the electric bass and lookin to get better, am a decent banjo picker (mostly clawhammer and two finger style) and competent at keys. I read music/charts and have a decent music theory background, can sing harmony or lead, and would be into collaborating on writing originals. I’m fully vaccinated, early 30s, flexible work schedule, easy to get along with. Willing to travel anywhere in RI and pretty far into Mass. I am looking for: -jams, pickin parties etc -folks who want to start a gender-bendy punk honky tonk project that plays mostly originals -to jump on your existing project! -an easy going performance-ready duet singing partner who plays guitar/mandolin/banjo/autoharp etc -people who like to play good music around a fire with some bourbon and pie
