Description
Light duty in home care is needed for a 25 year old young man with muscular dystrophy.
A little bit about him...he is very intelligent, he is in college and just about to graduate, he lives in a mother-in-law quarters on his parents property, he can talk and interact just fine, he just doesn't have the use of his muscles.
So the help that he needs (depending on the shift) is cooking, cleaning, shopping, hygiene and personal care, medication management, laundry, using his cough assist, getting him into bed, rolling him over when needed, small things like that.
He has a foyer lift/electric wheelchair.
If it's an overnight shift you can sleep, you just need to wake up when he needs you to help him roll over or what not.
Candidates must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation and be LGBTQ friendly.
Shifts that need to be filled are:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 10pm - 6am
Tuesday and Thursday 4pm - 10 pm
Sunday 9pm - 6am
