- Responsible for operating Mask Making machine - Perform high volume and detailed repetitive assembly work with hands - Meets production schedule and maintains quality requirements - Maintains workplace organization - Prevents defects from passing to the next process - Familiar with quality standards - Respond to work environment to meet production schedule (machine downtime, incoming material defects, etc.) - Continually look for waste & eliminates it - Interpersonal skills to work effectively in a participative environment - Must be willing to rotate shifts Skills: - Interpersonal ability to work effectively with others - Good oral and written communication skills - Ability to work in a team environment - Elevated level of initiative, sense of urgency and pro-activity This position will be on second shift.
