Looking for hard-working, dedicated team player in Arvada! Paramount Fabrics DBA Alpine Window Coverings is a family-owned, small business that offers a good wage, health insurance, paid time-off and many other of fringe benefits. We need a dedicated team player now. For this position, no experience is required but being physically fit and handy with tools or mechanically inclined will be a plus. Position Details • This position is for our warehouse. This position has a lot of variety to it. On any given day you may be manufacturing vertical blinds, using saws, receiving heavy stock and putting it away, cleaning up the warehouse, helping in any manufacturing department, including shipping and receiving and may even be trained to install window coverings off site. You will be working with great people. Requirements • Must be a dedicated team-player who wants to help us grow and continue to succeed in a very competitive industry • Must be able to or learn how to accurately read a tape measure • Must be punctual and have a great attendance record • Must be able or capable of learning how to, manufacture, repair and/or install our diverse line of window covering products (blinds and shades) • Works well under pressure and able to respond to set backs with a positive approach • Must be available full time with business hours being Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. • Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs occasionally and up to 35 lbs regularly.
