Direct Source Meats is now hiring for Night Facilities Assistant at the Cook Plant. Direct Source Meats offers stability with long-term, full-time employment. Direct Source Meets offers high quality, specialty meat products to customers. Established in 2001, DSM's raw plant is a 30,000 square foot USDA facility that specializes in the further processing of beef, chicken and pork for both retail and food service markets. DSM also includes a state of the art, 60,000 square foot cook plant. The Night Facilities Assistant position is responsible for handling sanitation inside the production facility. Duties include dry pickup, mixing chemicals, rinsing and scrubing equipment. Must be ok with wet and cold conditions. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 10:00 pm until done and Monday morning (Sundays) from 2:00 am to 6:30 am.
