The moving company is looking for experienced Professional Movers, Drivers(Foremen) Full-time, Part-time With experience, potential earnings for helpers are $14 - $17 per hour - plus tips! Drivers/Foremen $19-$21- plus tips! Job description: Household relocation, packing and unpacking furniture, loading and unloading trucks. Regular heavy lifting is required. Requirements: Drivers/Foremen Must be at least 21 years old and have at least 3 years of experience and the right attitude Regular heavy lifting is required. - Ability to speak/read English, be punctual, hardworking, and self-motivated - Ability to lift heavy items (20 -120 lb and more) - MUST BE WILLING TO SUBMIT A PRE-EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND CHECK - Valid driver's license - Clean driving record - Experience driving box trucks up to 26' in size - Excellent customer service and the right attitude Responsibilities: - Leading the moving crew on the job, distributing duties, ensuring the crew's efficiency and safety - Loading and unloading truck by hand or by use of hand-truck - Driving a 20' box truck safely; ensuring the vehicle is clean and organized - Greeting and efficiently communicating with the customer throughout the move - Wrapping furniture with blankets and other protective materials by using tape and shrink - Ability to use iPad - Labeling items with barcode stickers and creating an inventory list - Padding, stacking, and securing items in the truck, ensuring the truck is loaded efficiently and compact, transporting items without damage Requirements: Helper Must be at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of experience - Ability to speak/read English, be punctual, hardworking and self-motivated - Ability to lift heavy items (20 -120 lb and more) - Loading and unloading truck by hand or by use of hand-truck - Padding, stacking and securing items in the truck, ensuring the truck is loaded efficiently and compact - Wrapping furniture with blankets and other protective materials by using tape and shrink - MUST BE WILLING TO SUBMIT A PRE-EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND CHECK and drug screening Responsibilities: Clear communication with customers and partners Excellent customer service Safely pack, move, and unpack the customer's belongings Truck inspections and equipment inventory Please respond with your age, location, experience and availability.
