Part time work. 13 - 15.00$ per hr. Apartment complex building Common Area cleaning. 3 Days a week Tuesday Wednesday Friday. 4.5 hrs a day. Start time 9am. Very flexible hrs. Cleaning front door glass. Cleaning spider webs off front door. Light swift of entry steps, sweep or vacuum rugs near apartment doors. Collect trash from laundry room. Wipe off 2 washers and 2 dryers of any debris. Light swift of laundry room floor. Most buildings have back doors a few do not. 18 buildings total, 6 buildings a day. Cleaning experience is a must. Must have reliable transportation on location. Pay Bi-Weekly Friday. Special Cleans 100.00$ Extra.
