Hill Rental Properties is hiring a yard crew/equipment operator. Duties include daily property upkeep, trash clean up, tree trimming, mowing lawns, spraying weeds, cleaning up parking lots, moving appliances, cleaning out apartments, cleaning carpets, operating and maintaining equipment and other duties as assigned. Must be reliable, work well in a team or alone, able to lift and carry at least 60 lbs. and able to regularly climb stairs. In order to be considered for this position, applicants must have previous work experience operating machinery including: Skidsteer Forklift Heavy duty trucks Operating a manual transmission Operating and maintaining lawn mowers, trimmers, and related equipment Applicants must have: Valid driver’s license Clean driving record Pass a criminal background check Hours will be Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
