Hi there, We are a family of 3 + 2 dogs, a cat, a goat, and a flock of hens ~ living on a 4 acre homestead in the Niwot area, looking for a Mother's Helper. My husband and I are both work from home, so clicking with the right person is a must. We're here ALL the time! 😉 We seek a non-smoking, fragrance-free, efficient, detail-oriented female with great communication skills, who has a calm, steady personality. All 3 of us are fiery, creative types, so a stabilizing force is helpful! Tasks include light house-keeping and errands. House-keeping includes cleaning dishes, laundry, sweeping floors, general tidying, organizing, etc. We have professional housecleaners that do deep cleaning twice a month, so it's just the daily stuff of life. Must have a clean driving record and own your own reliable vehicle. Unfortunately, we're not within easy walking distance to a bus line. We're generous, flexible, and kind-hearted employers, who deeply value the people who support us. College students have been our favorite helpers, as we love supporting others to pursue their long-term goals + students have an outside structure in their lives that make this kind of work appealing longer-term. We're looking to hire someone immediately, for a year long commitment, with hopes of working together longer-term. We offer $20-$25 per hour, depending on your related professional experience, age, etc. 4-8 hours a week to start, with more work available at busier times. We'll discuss Pandemic protocols with the right person, and come to agreements that feel safe for all. Here's a pic of the view from our back 'yard'. Open space abounds!
