Cutting a concrete wall

I am a Basement Contractor. I need someone to come in and cut out 2 window openings. 8" poured concrete. Standard 4'x4' Windows. I need a deeper saw to cut this from the outside. I cannot in this building cut from the inside. So your blade needs to be a 16" blade. Digging is almost completed. I will pay on completion. When you cut it out. You can just drop it in the hole.
