West Washington Park home that needs on-going lawn and garden care. This would include watering, mowing raking and weed abatement, sweeping walkway, porch and patios, pruning dead branches, and out-of-control shrubs. Weekly or bi-weekly and can work around your schedule. Also, Ballpark Neighborhood commercial building needs on-going litter pick up, sweeping, some hosing down hard surfaces, watering flower bed and trees, weed control and graffiti reporting. This property may involve clean up after homeless encampments are removed so safety gear would be required, gloves, mask, shovel, long-handled graspers, disinfectant. I will reimburse for cost of disposable gloves, masks and disinfectant bleach, garbage bags and such. Need an individual who will work fast and efficiently, has their own tools and transportation, is reliable and willing to document the work (before and after photos) prior to payment. I do not pay in advance and do not pay in cash. Must accept PayPal, Venmo or other means of electronic payment.
