Landmark Management is a property management company looking for another maintenance tecnician or reliable handyman service. Looking for folks how are experiences maintenance techs who can handle a variety of differnt jobs across multiple displines. Experience with Plumbing, electrical, appliances, turnovers, paint, sprinklers, etc... is greatly appreciated here. The work is pretty steady with opportunities for longer projects and turnovers, but most of the folks that work for us do have other gigs.
