See below for details of the work needed. 1.Works with other Maintenance Technicians to ensure the grounds and common areas are free of trash and debris. 2. Check landscape for weeds and unwanted trees, flowers, bushes, etc. and assist in cleaning gutters. 3. Assist in preparing all vacant apartments to market ready condition as needed. 4. Assist Maintenance Supervisor and staff in preventative maintenance tasks to eliminate untimely performance. Functions may include, but are not limited to: Light bulb changes, pool maintenance, vinyl repair and installation. May handle alone as skills progress. 5. Assist Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor on special projects (preventative maintenance, research on equipment, pricing, etc.). 6. Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on vacant, models, clubhouse and common areas to Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor. 8. Respond to Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager requests in a timely manner. 9. Accurately record time in ADP, daily maintenance logs, on-call logs and snow logs as assigned. 10. Consistently maintain a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with residents, coworkers and general public, on and off the property in order to positively promote Axiom Properties Inc. 11. Responsible for the proper use of maintenance materials, equipment and motorized vehicles. 12. Perform other job duties as assigned.
