Description

We're looking for someone to do weed eating, chainsaw work, weeding and fence painting. This is a seasonal position at a professional facility in Amherst. You must live within a 20 minute drive of Amherst. We would prefer you to have, and use, your own equipment, as our weedeaters are currently being repaired. This facility is on a mountain so there are many steep embankments requiring weedeating every 2 weeks. This is a part time job, requiring 10-12 hours per week. While we would prefer weekday mornings we can be flexible for a reliable person. You must have your own reliable transportation, show up on time and keep in communication on arrival times. We don't allow any smoking, drinking, drugs or cell phone use while on our property. No guests can accompany you on the job. We start pay at $10/hr, $12/hr if you use your own equipment. Should you prove reliable and do a good job we'll increase your hourly pay by $.50/hr every 6 weeks. When you make an appointment, please show up on time. If you don't show, we'll weed you out of consideration.
