Need a 2009 Buick Enclave Mechanic

I have a 2009 buick enclave 3.6L that has a code P0016 and P0300. I have changed the oil, plugs, and coils. I am still getting a "miss" when the idling slows down in about a minute. Can someone tell me what the issues are and what is likely the cost to repair? Listen to the audio that I am attaching.
