Position Summary: Critical role in working as a team to pack materials so they arrive on time and damage free. Essential Functions: - Packs Customer Merchandise - Assembles Crates - Travels to Customer Site - Safe and Efficient Facility Team Member Marginal Functions: - Gathers feedback from and resolves customer issues. - Maintains records of scheduled jobs upon delivery and packing. - Communicates with supervisor/dispatch on completion of jobs. Education/Knowledge/Skill Requirements: Required - High School diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience in field. - At least one month experience as a Packer I – Pack In House. - At least 6 months experience working with power tools, especially pneumatic power tools - 3 to 6 months experience with woodworking, wood crafting, carpentry, or other related experience required - Able to operate forklift, pallet jacks, hand-truck to move heavy materials or product. - Spatial awareness and attention to detail in packing and securing materials onto crate with care to avoid damage to customer product as instructed. - Work independently or in teams with minimal supervision. - Communicate and understand written and verbal instructions. Desired - Bilingual English-Spanish speaker - Valid state Class C driver’s license - At least 23 years of age - Clean driving record - Previous experience driving box trucks and bobtail trucks - Strong communication and customer service skills - Flexible to changes in work priorities and schedule To apply, please submit an application at the following link:
