4R Equipment, LLC -Rock Crushing Central Oregon Currently hiring for Laborer, Equipment Operators, Field and Shop Mechanics. We are looking for motivated hard working people that are willing to learn and be apart of our team. A good attitude and reliability are a must. Labor Position -Experience not required but a plus. Must be willing to learn, take direction, work smart and safe. This is a great way to get your foot in the door and learn other positions. Operator Position -Experience with and around Heavy Equipment. We run Dozers, Loaders, Haul Trucks, Skid Steers, Water trucks, Crushing plants and Scrapers. Shop Lead Position - Experienced in Heavy Equipment, lead shop projects, oversee sub contracted fabricators and fleet management. Field Mechanic Position -Welding, Diesel Tech experience a plus. Must be able to work independently and safely. CDL a plus. Yard/Shop Mechanic Position -Experience is a plus but not required for the right person willing to learn and grow with the company.
