La Crèche Day Care Center in Lake Oswego is seeking a highly experienced, energetic, and fun-loving Director to lead an amazing team of teachers and staff. https://www.ilapdx.org/infant-toddler-la-creche To qualify for Director the role, applicants must: Have at least three years of training and/or experience in management and supervision of adults. Have knowledge of child development for the primary ages served in the center, as evidenced by a combination of professional references, education, experience, or training. Currently enrolled in Oregon’s Central Background Registry. Oregon Food Handler’s Card Child/Infant CPR and First Aid Certification Introduction to Child Care Health and Safety Certification Recognizing Child Abuse and Neglect Certification Safe Sleep for Infants Certification Prevention is Better Than Treatment Certification Job duties will include but are not limited to the following: Staff orientation functions; maintaining records; policy development and implantation; ensuring appropriateness of program activities according to age and development levels of children’ staff management and training; scheduling; meal planning; scheduling. Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
