Ceiling Fan Install. Plus other possible work.

Please read ad very carefully if you do not respond with the exact requested info, I will just immediately delete your reply as you will be wasting your time as well as mine. Looking to have a ceiling fan installed in the center of my living Room it will be a new installation (not a remove and replace) will need to be wired in the attic for operation the Box says it has a remote so it may not need a switch but if it does then will need you to install a switch nearby on the wall. Photo shows fan still in box, attic access point and area of installation. Will need to crawl approximately 20' to where the fan will go. Need someone who has lots of experience and has done NEW FAN INSTALLS before please. I don't want to have to headaches/additional problems like repair drywall cause you cut the hole too big. Wanting this done tomorrow Wed or Thurs, please do not reply if you cannot come tomorrow or Thurs. Don't really want anyone coming to the house to give estimates either Should be a pretty straightforward easy task maybe 2 hours. Job is near 281/hildebrand. What's your estimate and experience? If this task goes well for the both of us I can hire you to also do a bunch of other things I need. (Remove and replace range vent hood, bathroom vent ducting, install kitchen light, cut and put up some trim in bathroom, and a few more things I need done)
