Artist wanted for an original Droste Effect type artpiece

Hi there, I am looking for a digital artist who can draw and digitally transmit an original piece of work. I would be using the artwork for the cover jacket of my novel, which hopefully would be published in the near future. I need someone who is familiar with comic book style artwork, Droste Effect, and is good at the digital aspect of art software. I would be paying to license the work for my novel, but the artist would control the copyright for the piece. If you have an interest and would like more details.
