Landscape Installation Team Member Brookside Nursery is looking for dependable and hardworking candidates interested in pursuing a position on our landscape installation teams. The position offers a diverse working experience, contributing to the construction of one of a kind landscapes and spaces for our clients. New employees will have the benefits of working outdoors, learning hands on trades and skills while gaining the comradery that comes from working in a team setting. Duties Include: • Completing landscape tasks at the direction of the site foreman and operations manager • Aiding in the installation of shrubs, trees, and other landscape features • Aiding in the construction of patios, walkways and other hardscape features • Hauling and spreading topsoil, stone, mulch and other landscape materials This is a full time position working consistently Monday – Friday 7am to 5pm (project dependent) and Saturdays 7am to 12pm during the busy seasons. Pay is based on experience and meeting employment qualifications, starting $15 / hour. Brookside Nursery pays overtime after 40 hours. Entry Qualifications: • Willingness and ability to learn and listen • Dependable transportation • Clean driving record • Dependable personality • Capable of lifting 50 lbs consistently Additional Experience Sought: • Equipment operation experience (tractor, skid steer, mini excavator) • Small equipment and hand tool experience • Previous landscape installation experience • Previous hardscape installation experience • CDL certificate • Technical degree in landscape technologies.
