Landmark Property Management (primarily located in Utah county) is looking for a Salt Lake County maintenance worker. We have approximately 35 units in Salt lake county mostly in the Sandy, murray, midvale area and are looking for someone to be able to be closer and service these units.
$18-$25/hr depending on type work. Everything from general maintenance to junk removal and turnovers.
We have general maintenance work orders come in throughout the month as well as the opportunity to participate in leasing turnovers at the ends of the months. We also have plenty of Utah county work as well. We are easy to work with and flexible around folks existing jobs and schedules.
