Currently seeking to fill a PORTER POSITION for a residential community in ATLANTA, GA. Mon-Fri 7am till noon (hours may expand) Starting at $11.50 hourly Porter/Grounds duties include, but are not limited to: - Have a warm demeanor & friendly smile - Remove trash and debris - Maintain the interior and exterior common areas - Maintain grooming and proper attire at all times - Record events in the Porter/Grounds Logs - Communicate with onsite staff and Management on a consistent basis Requirements include, but are not limited to: - Strong verbal communication skills - Must be familiar with household cleaning supplies and equipment
