Looking for a reliable and knowledgeable Foreman

compensation is based on experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversees operations on assigned shift.
Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment.
Troubleshoots issues that arise.
Notifies maintenance department of equipment problems.
Ensures that employees comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
Responsible for the complete functioning of their lines.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn operations and some machinery.
Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
