Motorcycle Repair - Honda PCX 150

I have a Honda PCX 150 that needs repaired. The ignition lock is broken and covered. I think someone broke the wheel lock which caused this to lock. This either needs fixed or replaced. The headlights are also broken. Not sure if the bulbs need replaced or the wiring needs fixed. If possible, the back right taillight needs fixed too. Pictures attached. Please text call or email me.
