We are seeking a Handyman Maintenance to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work orders that need repair. Responsibilities: Repair issues with your own tools Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion replace broken parts Perform other duties, as assigned Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with repairs of the following: carpentry, rug installation window repairs and install roofing repairs electrical repairs plumbing repairs etc Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to handle physical workload
