MIRACLE CLEAN TEAM is looking for hard working, self motivated, individuals. to clean the common areas of apt. 4 - 5 story buildings at Mereion Terrace in Upperdarby, Pa. We presently have 3 buildings in which we just clean the common areas & we are picking up 4 more at Merion Terrace in Upper Darbystory. The buildings are all at one location. The work consists of vacuuming thehallways, cleaning the laundry rooms, sweep & mopping of the laundry rooms & trash rooms, plus the entrance glass. Their to be done every Mon. & Fri.week. The equipment & chemicals would be kept there so all you have to do is get there. You will essentially be your own boss. If you want to use a helper thats fine, however you are responsible for them. If I see after awhile you can handle it I will give you 2 more buildings that are right next to each other off Shadeland Ave. that would be an additional income. The hours are flexible it takes approximately 2 hours per building & if kept detailed even less time. We usually start between 8am & 10am & I would be doing surprise inspectinons. This is an opportunity to work for yourself that being said I expect detailing We also do move outs at these buildings when a new tennant is about to move in, we clean the empty apt. (Bathroom, kitchen, wiping down everything, & vacuuming, etc.) which is additional income for you. Experience a plus, & we as I said above if you not just clean but detail, I will give you 2 more buildings 5 mins away from the Merrion Terrace buildings.
