Stall cleaner horse hanler for a therapeutic horse rogram. The employee will work with other staff as a team member, the hours of feeding vary on the tine of the year, a background check is required. Duties include: Working with another staff member to complete the following responsibilities Caring for 11 horses Bringing horses in from turn outs Turning horses out when scheduled Feeding grain, making hay bags and hanging them Cleaning stalls and filling with bedding when necessary Keeping barn area clean and neat Some yard work and routine barn maintenance 10-15 hours per week will be a set schedule will include weekends shifts Must be able to lift 50 pounds Speak English and able to work in the US Dependable More reliable than spontaneous Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction Pay is dependent on experience and work ethic begins at $12.15 and advances References necessary
