Full time building maintenance/truck maintenance position available for immediate hire!!! Requirements: MUST have a valid Driver's License with good driving record. Must be very organized and have experience with general building repairs/handyman work. Must be able to change oil, replace brakes and perform general maintenance services on fleet trucks and heavy equipment. Must be able to log services/service dates and keep track of recurring service requirements of fleet trucks. Experience with the use and upkeep of power and hand tools. Welding experience is a plus. Individual must be comfortable with accessing roofs, high places and tall ladders. Must be a quick learner. Motivated self-starter.
