Description
Must have general knowledge of basic building and grounds maintenance. Must be a self starter and able to work with minimal supervision. Experience in any or all of the following helpful: Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Drywall, Tile, and Swimming pools. Must be able to write legibly, communicate well and be a team player. This is a large building, housing a Hotel, Apartments, and Businesses. Pay is based on experience, excellent insurance after 90 days. A good place to learn and grow.
