Summary: The Neenan Company has long stood for excellence in safety and health. These unprecedented times will be no exception. We have developed a new position to help us administer our enhanced safety protocols. This position will work with our superintendents and trade partners to facilitate a safe and efficient jobsite. This individual will be responsible for screening all who enter the jobsite, and monitoring compliance with Neenan health standards.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily entrance interviews with trade partners, and delivery drivers and visitors.
• Coordinate the phasing of entrance interviews with site superintendent and foreman.
• Monitor compliance with social distancing and PPE requirements on site.
• Disinfecting high touch areas and equipment periodically throughout the day.
• Ensure compliance with delivery disinfection protocols.
• Coordinate delivery times with subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with, and completion of Neenan’s disinfection checklist with subcontractor at the end of every day.
• Clearly and effectively communicate the importance adhering health protocols.
• Provide reports on job site health performance to site superintendent and Neenan safety director.
Qualifications:
• Only local applicants
• Valid driver’s license required
• Bi-lingual not a requirement but preferred
• Construction experience helpful but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
