Description
Vicky is About 6 yrs old, had a DNA test we thought he was a female and they said he was a male.
And he already says his name as Vicky lol, says papa, whistles, says besito(kiss in Spanish), shakes his head yes. Likes to be handled y the right person.
But he is not being cared for at the moment and cannot take him out of the cage.
We live in apartment and he is loud and with newborn baby he cannot stay.
