We are working on rehabbing multi-family properties and we need some help ASAP! Most properties are on the East Side of Cleveland (Not East Cleveland) We have 10+ properties that need rehab started ASAP! We are closing on 7 more properties this month alone, WE HAVE PLENTY OF WORK! MUST have a car. MUST have some basic trade skills. MUST be RELIABLE! Need drywall hangers, finishers, framers, carpenters, wood workers, flooring, siders, roofers, basic home rehab skills.
