Childcare needed for 4 year old and newborn

Hi, my husband and I both work the weekend shift at our job. We need someone to come to our home and take care of our kid (soon to be kids) when I return to work in August (approx 8th). You would have to be at our home by 5:30am Friday, Saturday and Sunday and we would be home by 7pm all three days. Schedule may vary sometimes due to vacations and if/when the plant is closed for holidays. I will pay a flat rate of $50 per day ($150 for the whole weekend obviously) cash every week. All you need to do is just watch/take care of our kids, no cleaning,(dishes, toys, etc), just play with them and feed them (I'll always have food planned out). My oldest is SUPER easy to look after, just loves to play. We have cable and Netflix so you and the kids can watch whatever you want and you are also welcome to any food in our home. Any further questions, feel free to message/call!! A background check WILL be required as well as references!! Our job also has a VERY strict attendence policy!! So you will need to be on time every day!!
